Two games for this weekend have been postponed.
The Canora Cobras - Theodore Buffalos encounter slated for Friday has been rescheduled to January 26th due to players in Covid protocol.
It's anticipated enough players will clear protocols in time for Saturday's game between Whitewood and Theodore, so that game remains as scheduled.
Saturday's Rocanville-Ituna game has also been called off and will be made up at a date to be determined.
The Tigers lead the standings with 14 points, but the Buffalos remain the only unbeaten team with a 6-and-0 ledger.
It's also been announced the playoff format will see 4th place play 5th place in a best of three series (each team assured of a home game). The winner will take on the top seed in a best of five while 2nd and 3rd will also meet in a best of five. From there, the two winners will hook up for a league championship series with the naming of the trophy to be announced in the coming weeks.
