Jeremy Johnson put his Langenburg Warriors team on his back and fired three goals and one assist on Friday night as the Warriors forced a game four in their series with the Rocanville Tigers by defeating the Tigers 7-3.
The Warriors blew the game open with four goals in a five minute span late in the second period. Johnson already had two of his team's goals when it was 3-3. He helped set up Dylan Tanner at 12:52 to make it 4-3 and then Jake McDonell made it 5-3 less than a minute later. Johnson scored the sixth goal at 17:40 with Mike Rogoschewsky tacking on the seventh just fourteen seconds after that. Rylee Zimmer, who had a goal and two assists, rounded out the scoring for Langenburg.
Ryan Regel, Massen Ziola, and Eli Halcrow tallied for the Tigers, who remain one win away from advancing to the league final and defending the Emile Balogh Trophy.
